Reconnect with Yourself. Replenish Your Energy. Return Home Renewed.
Escape the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing beauty of Sedona’s sacred landscape. The Rest & Recharge Retreat is a 5-day experience designed to calm your nervous system, restore your vitality, and support deep, lasting inner renewal. Whether you’re feeling depleted, craving clarity, or simply ready to unplug, this retreat offers the tools, space, and support you need to return to yourself.
Led by seasoned retreat facilitator Keegan Mills—a yoga practitioner, meditation teacher, and sound & energy healing guide with over 20 years of experience—this retreat weaves together mindful movement, subtle energy work, and the powerful medicine of the red rock vortexes.
Morning Yoga/Movement & Meditation: We’ll greet each day with grounding and heart-opening practices that gently energize and clear the mind.
Light Hiking to Energy Vortexes: We’ll explore Sedona’s iconic trails and connect with the land’s natural energy at sites like Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock and Bryce Canyon.
Restorative Yoga & Nervous System Reset: An essential practice for rest and to recharge your soul. We’ll experience deep relaxation and regulation through gentle yoga, supported postures, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques.
Sound Bath: Sound baths harness the power of sound and vibration to influence the body's natural processes, promoting relaxation, reducing stress and even improving sleep. You’ll be guided through a sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools to guide you into deep rest and energetic alignment.
Energy Healing Practices: Learn practical techniques to recharge your energy, protect your boundaries, and reconnect to your inner power.
Group Connection & Community: Meaningful circles and shared experiences to foster heart-centered connection and support.
Sedona is one of the world’s most renowned healing destinations, known for its striking red rock formations, natural beauty, and powerful vortex energy. The land here invites deep introspection, soul connection, and transformation. Just being in Sedona begins to shift something inside. It’s the reason why I am hosting a retreat here, to truly connect to the healing power of land and recharge our energetic batteries.
Sedona is home to a number of natural energy vortexes—places where the Earth’s energy is believed to swirl and concentrate in a way that’s palpable. These vortexes are said to support physical healing, spiritual awakening, and emotional clearing. Many visitors report sensations of grounding, inspiration, or deep peace simply by sitting near one.
Whether you’re sensitive to subtle energy or simply open to nature’s magic, Sedona’s vortexes offer a powerful container for self-discovery, nervous system healing, and energetic reset. We’ll explore ways to connect to the energy of this land and how you can use these tools anywhere you go.
